硅树脂涂层对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以聚烷基三烷氧基硅氧烷为混凝土涂层材料,制备硅树脂涂层混凝土试件,系统研究了硅树脂涂层对试件防水性能、抗氯离子侵蚀性能、抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明:硅树脂涂层有效提高混凝土试件的抗氯离子侵蚀性能,干燥收缩量明显减小,具有良好的防水效果。硅树脂的最佳涂覆量为250 g/m2,此时,与空白试件相比,试件的毛细吸水系数降低了91.74%,氯离子扩散系数降低了80.84%,碳化深度减小了77.79%,混凝土耐久性提高。 The polyalkyltrialkoxysiloxane is used as the concrete coating material,and the silicone-coated concrete specimen is successfully prepared.The effects of silicone coatingon water resistance,resistance to chloride ion erosion,and resistance to carbonizationare tested systematically.The results show that the silicone-coated concrete can effectively improve the chloride ion corrosion resistance of the test piece,the drying shrinkage is obviously reduced,and the waterproof effect is good.The optimal coating amount of the silicone resin is 250 g/m2.Compared with the blank test piece,the capillary water absorption coefficient of the test piece is reduced by 91.74%,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is reduced by 80.84%,and the carbonization depth is reduced by 77.79%,and the durability improves.
