高校辅导员与思政课教师交流机制探索——以书院制为视角

Exploration of Communication Systems between College Counselors and Teachers of Ideological and Political Education under the Background of Institute of Learning

高校辅导员与思政课教师是目前我国高校思想政治教育工作的主要承担力量。虽然都从事德育工作,但两者的交集并不多。当前,国内很多高校在尝试实行书院制模式改革,构建高校辅导员与思政课教师的交流机制,这对于推动高校思想政治教育工作的发展有着重要的作用。通过思政"五人工作小组"平台、科研合作交流、制度保障等措施,可以实现两支队伍的同向融合建设,从而发挥两支队伍的最大合力,提升大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

College counselors and teachers of ideological and political education are the main forces responsible for the ideological and political education in China. Although they both are engaged in moral education, the intersection of the two is not much. In particular, many universities in China are trying to implement the reform of Institute, devoting themselves to constructing the communication systems between college instructors and ideological and political teachers, which is of great importance to the development of ideological and political education in colleges under the background of Institute of learning. Through the platform of ideological and political "five people working group", scientific research cooperation and interaction, system guarantee and other aspects, universities can realize the same direction of integration construction, striving to give full power to the both parts to educate students and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in China.
