基于低碳交通理念的银川城市规划策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 银川市以私驾出行为主的交通模式引发了诸多的城市交通、生态等问题,低碳交通、绿色出行发展需求日益强烈.通过对银川市近5 a私驾出行比率、交通碳排放清单和城市空间结构的梳理研究,认为目前依靠单纯的城市空间外延增长、城市道路系统优化已不能满足日益增长的城市交通需求.城市交通拥堵问题日益严重,环境污染加剧.提出从城市规划多尺度角度考量、构建银川市低碳交通系统空间配置模式.从城市空间规划战略、土地利用紧凑发展模式、土地混合利用、交通空间设计、构建多元化网络化城市交通系统和加强城市交通管控等方面探讨建设银川市低碳交通模式,从而促进城市低碳交通和绿色出行的发展. The traffic mode of private driving behavior in Yinchuan City has currently caused many problems of urban transportation and ecology,and the demand for low-carbon transportation and green travel has become increasingly strong.Through the carding research on the private travel ratio,traffic carbon emission list and urban spatial structure of Yinchuan City,the author believed that only current urban spatial extension and urban road system optimization can not meet the increasing urban traffic demand.Urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,and environmental pollution is intensifying.This paper proposes to construct a spatial allocation mode of low-carbon transportation system in Yinchuan from the perspective of multi-scale urban planning.It explored the construction of low-carbon transportation mode in Yinchuan City from the aspects of urban spatial planning strategy,compact land development model,land mixed utilization,transportation space design,construction of diversified networked urban transportation system and strengthening of urban traffic management and control,and promoted the development of low-carbon transportation and green travel in cities.
