“医教协同”创新“3+2”助理全科人才培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 党的十九大提出“加强基层医疗卫生服务体系和全科医生队伍建设”是实施健康中国战略的重要举措,而目前基层是我国医疗卫生事业发展的短板。培养一支“下得去、干得好、留得住”的基层卫生人才队伍,是解决短板的关键。作为教育部、卫生部第一批卓越医生教育培养计划项目试点项目,立足于上海市郊基层卫生人才的需求,通过11年研究与实践,总结协同创新“医教结合”的助理全科医生培养机制,使基层卫生人才培养成为一个不断递进的过程,在形式和结构上形成一个较为完整培养体系,避免紧缺人才培养局限性和短视性,对“3+2”助理全科人才培养的可持续发展具有示范效应。 “Strengthening the grass-roots medical and health service system and the construction of general practitioners”put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important measure to implement the strategy of healthy China,and at present,the grassroots level is the shortcoming of the development of China’s medical and health undertakings.The key to solve the shortcomings is to cultivate a contingent of grass-roots health professionals who can go down,do well and stay there.As the pilot project of the first batch of education and training program for excellent doctors of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health,based on the needs of grass-roots health professionals in the suburbs of Shanghai,through 11 years of research and practice,this paper summarizes and innovates the training mechanism of assistant general practitioners of the“combination of medicine and education”so as to make the training of grassroots health personnel into a progressive process,form a relatively complete training system in form and structure,avoid the shortage of personnel training limitations and shortsightedness,and have a demonstration effect on the sustainable development of“3+2”assistant general practitioners training.
