时机理论在疾病居家照护过程中的应用进展

Progress in the application of timing it right framework in the process of home care for diseases

时机理论根据照顾者需求的变化将整个病程分为5个阶段,即事件/诊断阶段、稳定阶段、准备阶段、实施阶段和适应阶段。前2个时期发生在重症监护室,第3阶段发生在重症监护室或康复病房,最后2个阶段发生在社区。全文综述时机理论的起源、框架、照顾需求以及国内外应用进展,以期为疾病居家照护方式提供新的研究方案和思路。

Timing it right framework in according to the change in the caregiver’s needs divides the entire disease course into five phases,namely event/diagnosis,stabilization,preparation,implementation and adaptation phases.The first two phases occurred in the intensive care unit,the third phase occurred in the intensive care unit or the in-patient rehabilitation unit,and the final two phases occurred in the community.This paper reviews the origin,framework,care needs and application progress of timing it right framework in order to provide new research programs and ideas for the way of home care for diseases.
