电力智慧供应链内涵分析和系统构建研究

Research on Connotation Analysis and System Construction of Power Intelligent Supply Chain

电力智慧供应链改变了主要依靠人工的传统物资管理模式,是当前各大电力企业提高物资管理的关注点和发力点。结合当前南方电网公司正在建设的电力智慧供应链系统,分析了电力智慧供应链的体现形式、业务链、技术手段和技术基础。研究电力智慧供应链的“一馆、两库、三平台”实现模式,分析各个平台的功能及电力智慧供应链的具体实现情况。以电缆物资管理为例,介绍了电力智慧供应链的初步应用情况和效果。

The intelligent supply chain of electric power has changed the traditional material management mode which mainly relies on manual work,and is the focus and starting point of improving material management of major electric power enterprises.Combining with the power intelligent supply chain system being built by China Southern Power Grid Corporation,the manifestation,business chain,technical means and technical basis of the power intelligent supply chain were analysed.Then the realization mode of"one library,two storehouses and three platforms"of power intelligent supply chain was studied,and the functions of each platform were analysed.The implementation of power intelligent supply chain was further introduced.Taking cable material management as an example,the preliminary application and effect of power intelligent supply chain were introduced.
