摘要
通过对常用的压缩空气过滤减压器无法自动排污问题的分析,设计了一种能够自动排除各个支线管路内的压缩空气中蕴含的油气和水汽的机械式过滤装置。使用时,随着过滤装置中油水混合物积攒到一定重量,在重力作用下触发排污动作,利用过滤装置内外存在的压力差,自动将油水混合物排出,能够有效提升压缩空气品质,保障气动执行器的正常工作,降低设备维护成本,减轻人员巡检维护的工作强度。
Based on the analysis of the problem that the common compressed air filter regulator can′t drain contamination automatically,a mechanical filter device which can automatically drain the oil-water mixture that contained in compressed air in each branch pipeline was designed.When it is used,the oil-water mixture in the filter device accumulates to a certain weight,then the gravity triggers the action of draining,and automatically drains out the oil-water mixture by the differential pressure existing inside and outside the filter device.It can improve the quality of compressed air,ensure the normal movements of the pneumatic actuator,reduce the costs of equipment maintenance,and alleviate working intension for equipment inspection and maintenance.
