摘要 干式变压器的线圈形状目前有圆形,矩形,椭圆形等。在绕制矩形线圈时,由于线圈外形及铜箔或铝箔厚度所限制,在绕制过程中,矩形的4个角难以绕制紧密,需手工砸成所需弧度,会造成铜箔或铝箔变形,而且因受力不均导致绕制不够紧密,造成线圈成品率差。在箔绕机绕制侧加装卷绕压辊,通过一定测量方法检测线圈绕制位置,经过PLC计算,通过比例阀控制去改变压辊的压力大小,随动压紧线圈,以降低工人手工弯制弧度工作的强度以及提高绕制线圈质量。 There are several kinds of coil shapes of dry-type transformer,such as circle,rectangle,ellipse and so on.When winding rectangular coils,due to the limitation of coil shape and thickness of copper or aluminium foil,it is difficult to wrap the coils tightly in the four corners of the rectangle during the winding process,and the required radian should be smashed manually.This will cause the deformation of copper or aluminium foil,and the uneven force will lead to the insufficient tightness of winding,resulting in poor coil yield.The winding roller is installed on the winding side of the foil coil winding machine.The winding position of the coil is detected by a certain measuring method.The pressure of the roll is changed by the proportional valve control,and the coil is pressed dynamically,so as to reduce the intensity of manual bending and improve the quality of the winding coil.
