摆动碾压技术的研究现状与发展趋势

摘要 摆动碾压技术作为一种先进的渐进式体积成形技术,以其省力、无冲击、模具寿命长、产品精度高、可以实现近净形/净形加工等诸多优点,目前已得到较为广泛的应用。介绍了摆动碾压技术的基本原理,深入分析了其在理论研究方面的现状及存在的问题;总结了当前摆碾工艺所出现的复合化、摆碾铆接、粉末摆碾、振动摆碾等一些新方法和新应用;概述了目前国内外摆碾设备的研发及应用情况;最后指出进一步促进我国摆动碾压技术发展需要努力的几个方向。 As an advanced incremental bulk metal forming technology,rotary forging technology has been widely used due to its many outstanding advantages,such as low forming loads,little impact,long life span of dies,high precision of products,realizing near net shape/net shape processing and so on.The basic principle of rotary forging was introduced and the research status and some existing problems in theory were deeply analyzed.Some new techniques and applications in rotary forging process,including composition,rotary riveting,powder and vibrational rotary forging,were summarized.Development and application of rotary forging equipments were outlined.And the future struggle directions for promoting the further development of rotary forging technology in our country were also pointed out.
