摘要
进气谐振器是根据赫姆霍兹进气谐振原理设计,可以有效利用气流动态效应,提高发动机充气效率,改善换气过程和动力性能。对某款高速汽油发动机建立一维性能仿真模型,分析进气系统中发动机并联谐振器结构参数对充气效率的影响,并计算谐振器结构参数的充气效率灵敏度。结果表明谐振器中谐振腔体积参数的灵敏度最高,对于充气效率改善更为明显,谐振器管径和体积的灵敏度随着转速变化而显著变化;谐振进气系统的不同参数的配合可以使发动机的充气效率、谐振强度得到提高。
The intake resonator is designed according to the principle of Helmholtz intake resonance,which can effectively utilize the dynamic effect of airflow,improve the engine volumetric efficiency and improve the ventilation process and dynamic performance.A one-dimensional performance simulation model for a high-speed gasoline engine is established,the influence of the structure parameters of the engine parallel resonator on the volumetric efficiency in the intake system is analyzed,and the volumetric efficiency sensitivity of the resonator structure parameters is calculated.The results show that the sensitivity of the volume parameters of the resonator is the highest,the improvement of the volumetric efficiency is more obvious,and the sensitivity of the diameter and volume of the resonator changes significantly with the change of the rotational speed.The combination of different parameters of the resonant intake system can improve the volumetric efficiency and resonant strength of the engine.
