摘要
起重机制动下滑量是起重机检验中的一项重要参数,目前针对该项目的检测方法较多。为了评价各种方法的优劣,以及给方法的创新提供参考,根据制动下滑量检验的标准要求,按照制动下滑量的检测步骤,从动作识别、时间识别以及下滑量测量等方面对各种检测方法进行了分析和比较,发现各种方法均存在优缺点,需要创新的方法去改进检测手段。最后对制动下滑量的检测过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨。
The crane parameter of glide quantity is important in the inspection process.There are many detection methods for the project at present.In order to evaluate the good and bad of these methods,and provide innovation,various detection methods were analyzed and compared from the aspects of motion recognition,time recognition and slip distance measurement according to the standard requirements of glide quantity test and respective detection steps.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discovered.The new method is needed to improve the test ways.Some problems that should be paid attention to during the brake glide quantity detection were discussed.
