一种考虑储能荷电状态的综合下垂控制策略

A Comprehensive Droop Control Strategy for Energy Storage Systems Considering the State of Charge

摘要 储能系统在含分布式能源的电网调频中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但储能系统价格成本较高,为了使储能不致过充和过放影响使用寿命,同时又实现调频的功能,研究其参与调频的控制策略有着重要的意义。阐述了储能参与调频的下垂特性,分析并改进了其下垂控制方法。在此基础上,提出了一种考虑储能荷电状态的综合下垂控制策略,以达到在频率响应的同时,合理利用储能调频性能的目的,并基于MATLAB/Simulink分析了此策略的性能。 Energy storage systems play an increasingly important role in the frequency control of power grids with distributed energy.However,the cost of the energy storages is relatively high.In order to prevent its overcharge and overdischarge,and realize its frequency modulation function,it is of great significance to study the control strategy of energy storages participating in frequency control.The droop characteristic of the energy storage was described,and the droop control method was analyzed and improved.On this basis,a comprehensive droop control strategy for energy storages considering the state of charge was proposed to reduce the frequency deviation and make rational use of the energy storages.The performance of the strategy was analyzed based on MATLAB/Simulink.
