摘要
设计并制作了一种用于心电图检测的柔性聚酰亚胺干电极。干电极的基底是一层厚度只有75μm的柔性聚酰亚胺薄膜,可以与人体皮肤紧密接触;检测的金电极采用的是一种具有良好可拉伸性能的岛桥结构,可以有效避免电极在检测过程中出现拉伸断裂现象。对柔性聚酰亚胺干电极的心电图检测性能进行了测试,与商品化的湿电极性能相当。而且,研制的干电极可以重复多次使用,其检测性能没有明显变化。
A flexible polyimide dry electrode for measuring electrocardiogram(ECG)was designed and fabricated.The substrate of the dry electrode is a flexible 75-μm-thick polyimide film,which can help obtain a close contact between the electrode and the human skin.The pattern of the detection Au electrode is an island-bridge architecture with an excellent stretchability,which can avoid fracture in the Au electrode when being stretched during the measurement.The performance for measuring ECG of the flexible polyimide dry electrode was tested,which was compatible to that of commercial wet electrodes.The dry electrode can be used for many times,and its performance has no obvious change.
