摘要
Solidworks方程式驱动功能能够建立尺寸间的约束关系,利用该功能可以实现三维建模参数化设计,从而有效地缩短产品的研发设计周期,快速实现产品的更新。基于Solidworks软件方程式功能,以新型双圆弧齿廓谐波齿轮传动柔轮为研究对象,以模数和柔轮内径为核心参数,建立各尺寸之间的约束关系,实现对柔轮的参数化设计。通过对柔轮进行实体建模,以实例验证了其参数化设计的可行性及设计效率,为新型柔轮的研究设计提供了新的思路。
Solidworks equation driven function can establish the constraints between dimensions,which can realize the parametric design on 3D modelling,effectively shorten the product development cycle and update time.How to achieve parametric design is studied on a new type of harmonic drive reducer flexible gear that uses double arc as tooth type,based on Solidworks equation driven function,the modulus and the inner diameter of the flexible gear are chosen as the key parameters,while the other dimensions are constrained according to them.A prototypical double arc flexible gear is created through the above-mentioned method,proving the feasibility of parametric design by only modules and inner diameter of the flexible wheel.A new idea is provided for the parametric design and development of the flexible gear of harmonic drive reducer.
