工况模拟法在机电类特种设备速度异常保护功能检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 部分机电类特种设备正常运行时并不会发生超速和逆转等速度异常,传统方法很难实现速度异常保护功能的有效检验。为解决该问题,提出了一种工况模拟检验方法,通过外接电机驱动装置控制电机运转,以人为模拟速度异常,同时通过传感器检测设备的速度异常保护装置是否正常动作。已应用于自动扶梯、自动人行道超速和非操纵逆转保护功能检测及观览车类游乐设施超速保护功能的检测,可实现速度异常保护功能的快速准确检测。 Speed abnormalities such as overspeed or reversal of some electromechanical special equipments will not occur when the equipments are in normal operation.Therefore,it is difficult to verify the effectiveness of speed anomaly protection function by conventional methods.A inspection method of working condition simulation was proposed to solve the problem.The motor was controlled by an external motor drive to simulate speed anomaly artificially and the speed abnormality protection device was detected by asensor to determine whether it was normal.This method has been applied in the overspeed and non-manipulation reversal protection functions detections of escalator or moving walkway and the overspeed protection function detections of car amusement facilities.Results shows that speed anomaly protection function can be inspected quickly and accurately.
