新型同层布置皮带中部采样机应用研究

Application Research of New Type Same-floor Mounted Sampling Device

为了解决常规皮带采样机不适于低矮栈桥布置的问题,介绍一种新型采样机——同层布置的皮带中部采样机。从设备特点、应用实例、适应条件、设备优缺点等方面对同层布置的皮带中部采样机予以分析研究。为采样机的设计提供新的、简便可行、安全灵活的设计方案。新型采样机不需要栈桥下部空间,适合布置在高度较低矮的栈桥中部,无需再对输煤系统整个布置进行调整。

In order to solve the problem that the conventional belt sampling machine is not suitable for the layout of the low trestle,a new type of sampling machine,the middle belt sampling machine arranged in the same floor,was introduced.The middle belt sampling machine arranged in the same floor was analyzed and studied from the aspects of the characteristics,application examples,adaptation conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the equipment.The purpose is to provide a new,simple,safe and flexible design scheme for the design of sampling machine of coal conveying system in thermal power plant.The conclusion is that the sampling machine in the middle of the belt arranged on the same floor does not need the lower space of the trestle,so it is suitable to be arranged in the middle of the trestle with a lower height,and there is no need to adjust the whole arrangement of the coal conveying system.
