摘要
针对煤矿综采工作面的工况环境设计了一种基于DSP的刮板输送机故障在线监测系统。综合考虑刮板输送机的工况环境,分析了其设备零部件主要发生的故障类型及其原因,设计了系统的总体方案。利用电路基本知识对系统硬件部分的处理器、传感器及其外围电路进行了选型与设计,在软件部分完成了系统主程序流程图的设计。结果表明,该系统可以根据传输回来的信息,实时监测刮板输送机的运行情况,并对故障进行报警,保障工作面的安全稳定生产。
A DSP based scraper conveyor fault online monitoring system was designed for the working conditions of coal mine fully mechanized mining face.Considering the working condition environment of the scraper conveyor,the main types of faults and their causes of the equipment components were analyzed,and the overall scheme of the system was designed.Using the basic knowledge of the circuit,the processor,sensor and its peripheral circuits of the hardware part of the system were selected and designed.The design of the main program flow chart of the system was completed in the software part.The results show that the system can monitor the running condition of the scraper conveyor in real time according to the information transmitted back,and alarm the fault to ensure the safe and stable production of the working face.
