摘要
介绍了一种变节流型缓冲装置的设计优化过程,及其在速降平台上的应用。速降平台是速降过山车中的关键设备之一,变节流型缓冲装置又是速降平台的关键装置之一。该装置在速降平台下降过程中,液压油的通流面积随缓冲行程变化,缓冲腔内的缓冲压力也相应变化,形成缓冲力,进而减缓速降平台下降过程的冲击。通过构建液压油缓冲压力、缓冲行程和通流面积等多个参数之间的数值迭代方程,经多次计算,最终找到适合速降平台的缓冲结构。
The optimizing design process of variable throttle buffer and the application on fall down-platform were introduced.The fall-down platform is the key equipment of fall-down roller coaster,while variable throttle buffer is the key device of fall-down platform.The oil flowing area changes with the buffering distance during falling down of the platform and the buffering pressure also changes,thus forming buffering force and slowing down the platform.The most suitable buffer structure was found by building numerical iterative equations among buffering force,buffering distance and flowing area.
