摘要
随着煤矿生产效率的提高,传统带式输送机逐渐不能满足综采工作面的生产需求,针对这一情况设计了一种基于PLC的带式输送机变频驱动系统。系统采用双电机驱动滚筒的方式实现皮带机的运转,提高了其运输距离与运输载荷。建立了带式输送机的启动曲线模型,并对其动态特性进行分析,设计了系统的总体结构方案与系统的控制原理。综合考虑工况环境后对控制器与变频器进行选型,并设计了两者的接线图,在软件部分设计了系统主程序的流程图。系统实现了输送机双电机的同步控制,增加了系统的可靠性,提高了运输效率。
With the improvement of coal mine production efficiency,the traditional belt conveyor can’t meet the production requirements of fully mechanized mining face.A PLC-based variable speed drive system for belt conveyor was designed.The system uses a double motor to drive the drum to realize the operation of the belt conveyor,which improves its transportation distance and transportation load.The starting curve model of the belt conveyor was established,and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The overall structural scheme of the system and the control principle of the system were designed.After considering the working condition environment,the controller and the inverter were selected,and the wiring diagrams of the two were designed.The flow chart of the main program of the system was designed in the software part.The system realizes the synchronous control of the conveyor double motor,which increases the reliability of the system and improves the transportation efficiency.
