医养结合型养老机构医疗康复空间调研分析——以邯郸市为例

Research and Analysis on the Medical Rehabilitation Space of the Medical and Nursing Care Conjunction Type Public Pension Institutions——Take Handan City as an Example

医养结合型养老机构中的医疗康复空间是其区别于普通养老设施的重要功能空间,对于提高工作人员服务效率、提升老年人身体健康水准有着十分关键的作用,然而由于大多数医养结合型养老机构为旧设施改造,且设计者对养老机构中的医疗康复空间功能理解不足,往往忽略了工作人员和老年人的切实诉求。本文基于对邯郸市医养结合型养老机构中医疗康复空间使用情况的深入调研,分析工作人员和老年人对医疗康复空间的功能诉求,总结目前使用中存在的问题,提出改进建议。

The medical rehabilitation space in the medical and nursing care conjunction type public pension institutions is an important functional space that differs from the ordinary facilities for the elders,which plays a key role in improving the service efficiency of the staff and the health level of the elderly.However,due to the fact that most of the medical and nursing care conjunction type public pension institutions are belong to the renovation of old facilities,and the designers have insufficient understanding on the functions of the medical rehabilitation space in public pension institutions,the practical demands of the staff and the elderly are often ignored.Based on the in-depth investigation of the service condition of the medical rehabilitation space in the medical and nursing care conjunction type public pension institutions in Handan,this paper has analyzed the functional demands of the staff and the elderly for the medical rehabilitation space,summarized the existing problems in the current usage,and put forward the suggestions for improvement.
