摘要
从体形系数的概念入手,分析了住宅体形系数与能耗关系的漏洞,提出了修正体形系数的概念,并通过拆分体形系数的表达式,总结了决定体形系数大小的二元影响因子,同时,基于对长三角地区313栋已建成住宅建筑的数据汇总与统计,归纳了6种基本形态的住宅原型,结合6项体量设计方案,对其进行了能耗模拟与分析,并从二元影响因子和三维形体构成层面系统解读了体形系数、住宅体量与住宅能耗的关系,明确了体形系数在住宅形体与能耗之间的媒介作用,提出了节能住宅体量设计的基本要点。
Starting from the concept of shape coefficient,this paper proposes corrected shape coefficient by analyzing the defect of the relationship between shape coefficient and residential energy consumption,and summarizes the binary influence factors that determines the value of shape coefficient by splitting its expression.Meanwhile,based on the data of 313 existing residential buildings in Yangtze River Delta,six residential prototypes with basic floor plans were summarized and simulated through six massing design methods.Finally,from the perspectives of binary influence factors and 3D form composition,the research systematically interprets the relationship between shape coefficient,residential building shape and energy consumption and clarifies the medium role of shape coefficient in the process of energy-efficient design,which helps to bring forward the main points of low-energy building massing design.
