混合住区风热环境模拟研究——以Fluent Airpak和Envi-met软件模拟对比为例 被引量:3

摘要 计算机模拟建筑群风热环境有别于现场测试等方法。文章选取合肥市某高密度混合住区为研究对象,以合肥市夏季典型平均气候要素作为初始条件,选用Fluent Airpak和Envi-met两个软件,模拟建筑群内部风热情况,以住区空间形态为切入点,结合图表对比,分析两个软件的异同,得出适用于高密度混合住区风热模拟分析的软件,归纳总结两个软件的适用范围。并进一步结合优化建议进行了方案优化,量化分析了建筑室外开敞区、行人密集区、建筑沿路、迎风面等几方面的通风场和温度场、分析涡流、风影区等在建筑周围的分布情况以及其产生的影响,总结高密度住区规划对小区外部环境的影响,并提出优化建议。 Computer simulation of wind and heat environment of building complex is one of the effective methods which are different from field test.This paper chooses a high density mixed residential area in Hefei as the research object,takes the typical average climate factors in Hefei in summer as the initial condition,chooses two software Fluent Airpak and Envi-met to simulate the wind and heat situation inside the building complex,takes the spatial form of the residential area as the breakthrough point,combines the chart to compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the two software,and obtains the wind and heat simulation analysis suitable for high density mixed residential area.Software,summed up the scope of application of the two software.Furthermore,combined with the optimization suggestions,the scheme optimization is carried out.The ventilation and temperature fields of the open area,pedestrian-intensive area,along the road and windward side of the building are quantitatively analyzed.The distribution of eddy current and wind shadow area around the building and their effects are analyzed.The influence of high density residential area planning on the external environment of the residential area is summarized and the optimization suggestions are put forward.
