西魏北周羁縻蜀地政策述论

Policy of Comforting Shu in Western Wei and Northern Zhou Dynasty

侯景之乱后梁室分崩,西魏趁机尽取蜀地。蜀地入北初期,叛乱此起彼伏,严重破坏着新克之地的统治。为缓解蜀地动荡的政治局势,西魏及其后继者北周在政治、经济、文化等方面采取了诸多羁縻、抚慰蜀民的措施。经过长时间的抚慰,蜀地的政局渐趋稳定,北周在蜀地的统治日臻巩固。

After the chaos of Hou Jing,the Liang Dynasty collapsed,and Western Wei took the opportunity to take all the land of Shu.In the early days when Shu entered the north,rebellions broke out one after another,seriously undermining the rule of Shu.In order to ease the turbulent political situation in Sichuan,Western Wei and his successors took many measures in politics,economy and culture to appease the Shu people.After a long period of comfort,the political situation in Shu became more stable and the Northern Zhou Dynasty’s rule in Shu became more and more consolidated.
