摘要
一代年轻人肩负着变革未来社会、促进国家发展的历史使命。积极的青年发展理论认为,每一个青年都具备领导力,青年时期是领导力发展的最佳时期。回顾国内外相关文献,从青年领导力发展的相关概念、测量量表、影响因素和影响结果等方面探究青年领导力的实质,提出了青年领导力未来的研究方向,以期为后续的青年领导力研究提供有益参考。
A generation of young people shoulder the historic mission of reforming the future society and promoting national development. According to the positive youth development theory, every young person has leadership, and youth is the best time for leadership development. Reviewing related literature at home and abroad,this article includes the relevant concepts of youth leadership development, measurement scale, influencing factors and its effect on the results in order to explore the essence of youth leadership, sum up the research framework of youth leadership, and put forward the future research direction of youth leadership, so as to provide beneficial reference for subsequent youth leadership research.
