摘要
当前高校辅导员话语已在一定程度上发挥了实质性效用,但也存在着对大学生的主体性不够重视、效果不足、话语体系不够丰富等一些问题,因此,可以通过实现辅导员向主体间性的思维转化、搭建人性化师生互动交流平台、创新以主体间性为支撑的辅导员话语方式以及实现以主体间性为要求的辅导员能力素养提升等对策进行改善。
Discourse power of college advisors are achieving results.Yet there is a lack of attention on students subjectivity;the effect is also less than satisfactory and the discourse system is less than complete.To solve these problems,college advisors should shift their thinking to intersubjectivity,create platforms for humanized teacher-student interaction and use new intersubjectivity-based discourse styles and keep enhancing their abilities.
