局域电网内风电最大可带量评估方法研究

摘要 根据局域电网接入大比例风电时的运行特点及运行风险,通过电力系统动态平衡关系,建立风电最大可带量计算模型,确定局域电网调峰容量及风电在极端变化条件下的消纳边界条件。在此基础上,将计算方法带入霍林河循环经济示范工程进行校验,得到风电最大消纳比例,并提出调峰管理原则,保障局域电网安全运行。 According to the operation characteristics and operational risks of the local power grid when it is connected to large proportion of wind power,the calculation model of the maximum carrying capacity of wind power is established through the dynamic balance relationship of the power system.The peak load regulation capacity of the local area network and the absorption boundary conditions of wind power under extreme change conditions are determined.On this basis,the calculation method is brought into the Huolinhe circular economy demonstration project for verification.The maximum absorption ratio of wind power is obtained,and the principle of peak regulation management is proposed to ensure the safe operation of local power grid.
