摘要 随着中国工业化和城市化进程的不断深入以及铁路、公路等基础设施的快速发展,输电线路的外部损坏也越来越频繁。据运行数据分析,吊车碰线、山火、违章施工、盗窃等外力破坏事故已成为线路故障跳闸和停运的主要原因。从乌鲁木齐地区架空输电线路廊道防外力破坏管理入手,提出并应用了输电廊道风险评估,建立"点控制,线巡视,面防治,体保障"防护体系,通过跟踪统计防外力破坏管理的实施情况,因外力破坏导致线路跳闸的事故得到了有效控制。 With the deepening process of China’s urbanization and industrialization,as well as the rapid development of infrastructure like high-speed railways and highways,transmission lines are under increasingly frequent external-force damages.The operation data shows that failures which are caused by eternal-forces damages like crane crash,illegal construction,mountain fires and theft have become the main reasons of line tripping and forced shutdown.Aiming at the management of protecting overhead transmission line channel in Urumuqi area from external forces destruction,it puts forward and applies risk assessment of power transmission corridor.It establishes"point control,line inspection,surface prevention,cubic protection"protection system.Through statistics on the tracking of implementation effects,it shows that line tripping caused by external-force destruction has been effectively controlled.
