Research on the Ways to Improve Colleges’ Social Service Ability under “Double High-level Plan” ——Take Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology for Example

2019年4月,教育部和财政部发布《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》,广东省推荐广东科学技术职业学院等14所高职院校申报"双高"项目,我校积极探究电子商务专业群(数字贸易领域)社会服务能力提升路径。提出建立智库引领的粤港澳大湾区"数字贸易研究院"、建立服务支柱产业的"数字贸易运营服务中心"、服务产业高端助力中小微企业新零售数字化转型升级等5条具体路径。

In April 2019, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance published "National College Reform Implementation Plan", Guangdong province recommends fourteen colleges declare "Double High-level Plan"project, we actively explore ways to improve the social service ability of e-commerce specialty group(digital trade field), which proposes five specific ways, including the establishment of a think tank led "digital trade research institute" in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the establishment of a "digital trade operation service center" in the pillar industry of services, and the transformation and upgrading of the new digital retail of high-end service industry to help small, medium and micro enterprises.
