市场经济发展背景下,大学生面临的就业形势日趋严峻化,对大学生的理论知识、专业技能以及职业能力均有较高的要求。因此,本文基于校企合作的大学生职业能力双向培养展开实践和探索,深入分析了当前培育中的问题,阐述基于校企合作的大学生职业能力双向培养的实践意义,并提出有效的实践路径。

Under the background of market economy development, the employment situation faced by college students has become increasingly severe, which has high requirements for college students’ theoretical knowledge, professional skills and professional ability. Therefore, carrying out the practice and exploration of the two-way cultivation of college students’ vocational ability based on school-enterprise cooperation, this paper deeply analyzes the problems in current cultivation, expounds the practical significance of the two-way cultivation of college students’ vocational ability based on school-enterprise cooperation, and proposes an effective practice path.
