经济转型背景下高职学生工匠精神培育路径探析

On the Way of Cultivating Craftsman Spirit of Higher Vocational College Students under the Background of Economic Transition

在我国由制造业大国向制造业强国转型的关键时期,培育具有严谨认真、精益求精、追求卓越的工匠精神的高素质技能人才是时代所需。文章通过探讨工匠精神的历史意蕴及时代价值,分析当前职业院校工匠精神的培育现状,认为高职院校可通过校园文化建设、课堂教学、职业竞赛、师资队伍建设、工学结合、管理制度优化等人才培养方式,构建工匠精神的培育路径。

In the critical period of China’s transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country, it is necessary to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel with rigorous, conscientious, excellence and the pursuit of excellence. By discussing the historical implication and timely value of craftsmanship spirit, and analyzing the current situation of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges, this paper holds that vocational colleges can construct the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit by means of campus culture construction, classroom teaching, professional competition, teacher team construction, combination of work and learning, and optimization of management system, etc.
