现代信息技术背景下高职顶岗实习管理机制研究

Research on Management Mechanism of Internship in Higher Vocational Education in the Context of Modern Information Technology

本文结合笔者作为顶岗实习校内指导教师的工作实践,通过实证研究和深度访谈的方式,从实习条件、实习内容、实习成果、考核评价、实习管理制度等层面分析目前高职教育顶岗实习存在的问题,提出利用现代信息技术,构建校企共同参与的顶岗实习信息化管理平台,探索在现代信息技术背景下高职顶岗实习管理机制,有效提高学生顶岗实习管理效率。

Through empirical research and in-depth interviews, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current internship in higher vocational education from the aspects of condition, content, outcome, evaluation and management system, based on the author’s experience as a college supervisor. It is proposed to build an information management platform for internship with modern IT participated by college and enterprises, and explores the management mechanism in the context of modern IT to realize the efficient internship management.
