校园文化视角下的大学生体商素养培育探析

Research and Analysis on College Students’ Body Quotient Cultivation from the Perspective of Campus Culture Construction

近年来,大学生身体素质状况已成为人们关注的焦点。资料表明,大学生身体素质水平呈下滑趋势,超重、肥胖、体质测试不及格率呈上升趋势,大学生体商素养水平有待提高。校园文化是校园各种要素的"综合体",它内化了师生共同认可的价值理念与行为准则,是大学育人的重要一环。校园文化视角下的大学生体商素养培育,基于校园文化与体商素养培育之间存在的要素契合、指向一致、双向互动的关系,从优化体商素养培育的切入点、载体及渠道三方面入手,将体商素养培育变成大学生的"内生型"需求,这对校园文化建设和大学生体商素养的提升有一定的参考价值。

In recent years, physical quality of college students has become the focus of attention. The data show that the level of college students’ physical quality is declining, the rate of overweight, obesity, failure in physical fitness test is rising. Therefore, the level of college students’ body quotient needs to be improved. Campus culture is the "complex" of various elements in the campus. It is an important link in fostering students as it internalizes the value concepts and codes of conduct recognized by both teachers and students. From the perspective of campus culture, and based on the relationship with fitting elements, same direction and bilateral interaction between college campus culture construction and the cultivation of college students’ body quotient, the cultivation of college students’ body quotient starts from optimizing its entry point, carrier and channel,and turns body quotient cultivation into "endogenous" demand of college students. This has certain reference value for the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of college students’ body quotient.
