在高职院校运营过程中,行政管理工作能否得到落实直接关系到高职院校的教学管理水平和社会经济效益,而相关工作的开展必须要由专业素质能力较高的人员来完成,唯有如此才能保证行政管理工作的保质保量开展,基于此,行政管理队伍的专业化建设已经迫在眉睫。希望本文的研究能够在实践工作中起到参考和借鉴的作用,从而全面提高高职院校教学管理水平,为高职院校的长远健康发展提供人才方面的有力保障。

In the operation process of higher vocational colleges, whether the administrative management can be implemented is directly related to the teaching management level and social and economic benefits of higher vocational colleges, and the related work must be carried out by personnel with higher professional competence. Only in this way can we guarantee the quality and quantity of administrative work, and based on this, the professional construction of the administrative management team is imminent. This paper is divided into three parts.
