The management of student Party member archives in colleges and universities includes collecting, assorting, storing, utilizing, receiving and handing over the student Party members’ archives. It is proposed to improve the management of student Party member archives by improving the file management system and personnel replacement, formulating standards and broadening information sources, implementing double-system and network means from the three dimensions: archive management, content and carrier.
