如何有效地推进新思想"三进"工作,促进学生的价值认同,是高校思想政治教育工作者的新使命。借鉴传播学理论,立足于寻找新思想与学生成长成才需求的关联点,通过深耕课堂教学、厚植理论社团、搭建实践平台,增强新思想"三进"工作的实效性。通过各部门协同配合、师资队伍建设、建立奖惩机制,保障新思想"三进"工作的落地生根。

How to effectively promote the work of "Three Entries" of new ideas and promote students’ value identification is the new mission of ideological and political educators in higher colleges. Drawing lessons from the theory of communication, based on finding the connection point between new ideas and students’ needs for growth and success, we can enhance the effectiveness of the work of "Three Entries" of new ideas by deep cultivation of classroom teaching, thick planting of theoretical societies and building a platform for practice. Through the coordination of various departments, the construction of teaching staff and the establishment of reward and punishment mechanism, we can ensure that the work of "Three Entries" of new ideas takes root.
