大数据时代“指尖上的党校”在高校大学生党建工作的应用研究

现阶段,我国高校大学生招生规模逐年增加。应围绕大学生主体的党建载体,全面辐射高校大学生的思想政治教育,注重大学生的教育质量,保证高校德育教育工作能够获得健康、可持续、稳定的发展态势。创新基层党建工作的方针政策,要切实围绕信息化技术及其发展空间,与党建工作相结合,积极践行网络化党建工作,实现"有网络发展的地方,党建工作就覆盖到哪"的格局。高校党建工作会议中指出:"高校主体肩负着学习与宣传马克思主义理论的责任,同时也肩负着培养中国特色社会主义事业的接班人与建设者,坚持立德树人教育思想,切实把握我国高校意识形态建设工作的主导权"。围绕高校大学生的党建工作,确立主流价值观思想,把控大学生的意识形态引导权与主导权,对促进大学生牢固树立中国精神具有重要作用。但是,经过多年实践验证,高校大学生党建工作的宣传与践行上,存在形式单一、内容陈旧等普遍问题。对此,如何在大数据时代,通过创新发展高校大学生党建工作路径,是广大高校主体切实需要解决的问题。

At the present stage, the enrollment scale of college students in China is increasing year by year. We should focus on the carrier of Party building of college students, radiate the ideological and political education of college students in an all-round way. We should pay attention to the quality of education of college students, and ensure the healthy, sustainable and stable development of moral education in higher colleges. To innovate the principles and policies of grass-roots Party building work, we should focus on information technology and its development space, combine it with Party building work, actively practice network Party building work, and realize the pattern of "where there is network development, where Party building work will be covered".
