连云港经济社会发展路径探析

作为"大圣故里"和《西游记》文化起源地之一,中国首批14个沿海开放城市及"一带一路"交汇点城市,连云港近年来虽然取得了不菲的发展成绩,但是其经济总量不仅在江苏省长期徘徊在倒数第二,与周边的兄弟城市的差距在逐步拉大,而且在陆桥沿线重要节点城市中也排名靠后。因此,发展的重任迫在眉睫。本文紧密结合连云港实际,首先分析了我市提出"高质发展、后发先至"的重要意义,接着阐述了提出"高质发展、后发先至"的主要原因,最后提出了"高质发展、后发先至"的具体措施,以期为我市经济社会发展提供理论参考。

As one of the cultural origins of the "Hometown of Dasheng" and "Journey to the West", China’s first batch of 14 coastal open cities and the "Belt and Road" intersection cities, although Lianyungang has achieved remarkable development achievements in recent years, but its economic aggregate is not only the second-to-last in Jiangsu Province, but also the gap with the surrounding brother cities. It is also ranked lower in the important node cities along the land bridge. Therefore, the heavy responsibility of development is imminent. This article closely combines the actual situation of Lianyungang. Firstly, it analyzes the important significance of the city’s "high-quality development, last-come-first-served", and then expounds the main reasons for ‘high-quality development, first-come-first-come-first", and finally puts forward specific measures of "high-quality development and first-come-first-served, with a view to providing a theoretical reference for the economic and social development of the city.
