试论网络公益众筹之完善

Improvement of Public Financing for Network Public Welfare

随着物质文明的发展,公民的精神文明程度也随之提升,网络公益众筹作为高效便捷的新型募捐方式已被越来越多的公民接受并使用,但我国《慈善法》没有对网络公益众筹行为进行规范,致使该行为无法可依。本文从网络公益众筹的行为特征、存在隐患等方面对其作出分析,在此基础上试提出相应完善的建议。

With the development of material civilization and the improvement of citizens’ spiritual civilization, the online public welfare fund-raising has been accepted and used by more and more citizens as an efficient and convenient new way of fund-raising. However, the Charity Law of China does not regulate the online public welfare fund-raising behavior, which makes it impossible to follow. This paper makes an analysis of the behavioral characteristics and hidden dangers of public fund-raising for network public welfare, and tries to put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement on this basis.
