翻转课堂在西藏师范院校公共教育学中的应用

摘要 翻转课堂作为一种新兴教学模式在国内外教学实践中取得了较好效果。公共教育学作为师范专业的一门必修课程,对帮助师范生形成科学的教育教学理念,掌握教育教学基本知识、技能至关重要。本文从翻转课堂的特点出发,从翻转课堂的优点、传统教学模式受到的挑战、学生学习特点、教师素养、教学辅助设施等方面对西藏师范院校公共教育学实施翻转课堂的必要性和可行性进行了分析,以期将翻转课堂的理念和模式逐步融入到公共教育学教学中,提高公共教育学的教学质量。 As an emerging teaching mode, flipped classroom has achieved good results in teaching practice at home and abroad. Public pedagogy, as a compulsory course of normal education major, is of vital importance to help normal university students form scientific educational and teaching concepts and master basic knowledge and skills of education and teaching. Starting from the characteristics of flipped classroom, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing flipped classroom in public pedagogy of Normal Colleges and Universities in Tibet from the aspects of advantages of flipped classroom, challenges faced by traditional teaching mode, learning characteristics of students, teachers’ quality and teaching auxiliary facilities, etc., so as to gradually integrate the concept and mode of flipped classroom into the teaching of public education and improve the teaching quality of public education.
