本文以当前民事强制执行的现实场域为基础,大胆假设未来区块链技术在强制执行中的应用场景以及所扮演的角色,提出"区块链之于执行信息化不仅是一场技术革命,更将给执行案件的办理与管理带来了深刻的变化,甚至引发执行权运行机制的重大变革"的观点,并对区块链技术可能会给现行民事强制执行制度带来的挑战进行了分析。

Based on the current envirment of civil enforcement,this paper boldly assumes the application scenarios and role of the future blockchain technology in enforcement,and proposes that"blockchain is not only a technological revolution in enforcement informatization,it will also bring profound changes to the case handling and the management of case,and even lead to a major change in the operating mechanism of the civil enforcement. At the same time,this paper will also analyzes the challenges that blockchain technology will bring to the current civil enforcement system.
