创新创业教育师资队伍建设的路径探索——以财经高校为例

随着社会的迅速发展,创新已经变成了主要的趋势。我们在这个万物创新的时代里想要去培养一些新型的人才,是离不开一个具有创新创业的教师队伍。目前我国财经高校的创新、创业教育教师队伍有着很多不完善的地方需要我们去进行改善。因此我们需要对财经高校创新、创业教育师资在素质以及能力等方面提出更高的要求。我们主要的目的就是去造就以及培养具有理实一体化的创新、创业的教育师资队伍。所以如何去完善考核评价机制、创新教育理念、塔建培训与实践平台是我们需要去考虑的问题。

With the rapid development of society, innovation has become the main trend. In this era of innovation, we want to cultivate some new talents, which is inseparable from a team of teachers with innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, there are many imperfections in the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s financial and economic universities, which need us to improve. Therefore, we need to put forward higher requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in financial and economic colleges and universities in terms of quality and ability. Our main purpose is to cultivate and cultivate a team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers with the integration of theory and practice. Therefore, we need to consider how to improve the evaluation mechanism, innovative education concept, tower construction training and practice platform.
