摘要
地方高校向应用型人才培养转型的过程中,师资队伍承担着教育教学的重任,是提升实践教学效果的关键因素。当前地方高校师资队伍实践教学能力不足是有碍应用型人才培养的共性问题,本文针对地方高校师资培养与考核中的主要问题,从培养理念、培训需求、资金扶持和培训渠道方面完善师资培养,从考核目的、绩效指标、反馈面谈几方面优化师资考核,以考核监测培养,以培养促进发展,提升地方高校师资队伍的实践教学能力。
In the process of local higher colleges transforming into applied talents, the teaching staff shoulders the heavy responsibility of education and teaching, which is the key factor to enhance the effect of practical teaching. At present, the lack of practical teaching ability of local college teachers is a common problem that hinders the cultivation of applied talents. This paper aims at improving the teacher training in terms of training concepts, training needs, financial support and training channels for the main problems in the training and assessment of local college teachers. The assessment of teachers should be optimized from the aspects of assessment purpose, performance index and feedback interview, so as to monitor and train teachers through assessment, promote development and improve their practical teaching ability.
