实践监督执纪“四种形态” 助推深化全面从严治党

Practicing “Four Forms” of Supervision and Discipline Promoting and Deepening the Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party

十九大报告中习近平总书记强调要运用监督执纪"四种形态",抓早抓小,防微杜渐,在新修订的党章中也充实了"四种形态"的内容,这都体现了党中央对新时代管党治党的重要部署,对全面从严治党的新思考。实践监督执纪"四种形态"是践行全面从严治党的有效路径与措施,是由党的性质、执政地位和历史使命决定的,为各级党委切实履行好主体责任提供了可行的工具和具体方法,也为纪委履行监督责任深化"三转"提供了新方向。

In the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to use the"four forms"of supervision and discipline to catch the early and prevent small ones from becoming weak. In the newly revised Party Constitution,the content of the"four forms"was also enriched. This reflects the important deployment of the Party Central Committee to the new era to manage the Party and the new thinking on the strict administration of the Party. The"four forms"of practical supervision and discipline are the policies and strategies for achieving strict Party governance in an all-round way,and are determined by the vanguard of the Party,its governing status and its historical mission,providing specific methods for Party committees to fulfill their principal responsibilities. It also provides a new direction for the commission to deepen the"three shifts"in fulfilling its supervision responsibilities.
