海南省老年教育发展情况调查及对策研究

Investigation and Research on the Development of Old People Education in Hainan Province

自2010年国家宣布海南为国际旅游岛,2018年海南又被国家定位为自贸(区)港后,每年到海南过冬的老养老的人越来越多。人口老龄化加速发展将成为未来一个时期基本的省情特征之一。发展老年教育是积极应对人口老龄化、实现教育现代化、建设学习型社会的重要举措,是满足老年人多样化学习需求、提升老年人生活品质、促进社会和谐的必然要求。本文通过调查分析我省老年教育的现状、存在问题和原因,最后提出发展的对策。

Since 2010, Hainan has declared Hainan as an international tourist island. After Hainan was positioned as a free trade(region) port in 2018, more and more old-age pensioners went to Hainan every winter. The development of education for the elderly is an important measure to actively respond to the aging of the population, modernize education, and build a learning society. It is an inevitable requirement to meet the diverse learning needs of the elderly, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and promote social harmony. This paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems and causes of the old-age education in our province, and finally proposes countermeasures for development.
