摘要
当前,高校商务英语实训教学存在的问题表现为:实训教学未能与职业岗位需求有效衔接,模拟实训不足,部分任课老师课堂组织能力有待提升。为改进这些不足,采用项目化教学方案,密切项目教学内容与就业岗位联系,注重发挥学生的主体地位,提高项目可操作性。并从项目设计和准备、启动与实施、评价与反思三个阶段采取相应措施。该方法不仅能增进师生互动,激发课堂教学活力,培养学生知识应用能力与团队合作精神,还有利于促进教师教学能力提升。
At present, the problems in the business English training of higher colleges are as follows: the practical teaching fails to be effectively linked with the needs of professional positions, the simulation training is insufficient, and the classroom organization ability of some teachers is still to be improved. In order to improve these deficiencies, adopts a project-oriented teaching program in the teaching, closely links the teaching content with the employment position, pays attention to the main position of the students, and improves the operability of the project. And it takes corresponding measures from the three stages of project design and preparation, start-up and implementation, evaluation and reflection. This method cannot only enhance the interaction between teachers and students, stimulate the vitality of classroom teaching, cultivate students’ knowledge application ability and teamwork spirit, but also help to promote teachers’ teaching ability.
