基于生态服务价值的土地利用结构优化——以长沙市乔口镇为例

Optimization of Land Use Structure Based on Ecological Service Value ——A Case Study of Qiaokou Town, Changsha City

基于乔口镇2009年、2015年遥感影像及土地利用数据,引入土地生态服务价值并依据谢高地提出的修正方法与乔口镇实际情况对生态服务价值当量进行修正;计算得出2009、2015不同年份的生态服务价值,对比分析乔口镇土地利用变化与生态服务价值变化的相关性,并评估乔口镇总生态效益;在满足乔口镇规划需要的基础上,运用多目标线性模型对乔口镇土地利用结构进行优化。优化后乔口镇的土地生态服务价值较2015年增加了0.6523亿元。

Based on the evaluation of ecological service value and optimization of land use structure in Qiaokou Town of Changsha City,the contradiction between economic development and ecological t is balanced and the basis for the planning of land structure in Qiaokou Town is provided.Based on the remote sensing images and land use data of Qiaokou Town in 2009 and 2015,this paper introduces the value of land ecological services and corrects the equivalent value of ecological services according to the actual situation in Qiaogao Town.The calculation is based on the different years of 2009 and 2015.Ecological service value,comparative analysis of the correlation between land use change and ecological service value change in Qiaokou Town,and assessment of the total ecological benefits of Qiaokou Town;based on the planning needs of Qiaokou Town,a multi-objective linear model was used for Qiaokou Town.The land use structure is optimized.After optimization,the value of land ecological services in Qiaokou Town increased by 0.6523 billion Yuan compared with 2015.
