摘要
从教学督导评价的意义出发,以确保教学督导评价的有效性为目标,针对地方本科院校教学督导在评价方案、评价机制、评价标准、评价信息库的建立,分别进行阐述,构建切合地方本科院校教学督导评价体系。提升教学督导评价在教学质量监控中独特的实效性、应用性,真正为提高地方本科院校人才培养质量发挥作用。
In order to ensure the effectiveness of teaching supervision evaluation objectives,starting from the significance of teaching supervision,this article discusses respectively how to set up teaching supervision evaluation system for local institutes including evaluation scheme,evaluation mechanism,evaluation criterion and the foundation of information evaluation system so as to construct a reasonable teaching supervision evaluation system,through which the unique effectiveness,applicability of teaching supervision evaluation in teaching quality guarantee will be greatly improved,hence,this system will play an important role in improving the quality of talent cultivation of local institutes.
