粮食产业高质量发展与农民增收问题研究——以河南省为例

Research on the High-quality Development of Grain Industry and the Increase of Farmers’ Income——Taking Henan Province as an Example

中央一号文件连续16年聚焦"三农",其核心是农民增收问题。为增加农民收入,作为基础产业的粮食产业,促进其高质量发展至关重要。河南省地处我国平原地区,是传统的农业大省,粮食产量大省。然而,其农民收入在全国来看并不高,有较大的提升空间。本文以河南省为例,从粮食产业与农民收入现状出发,分析粮食产业发展与农民收入提高的重要关系,探索"三产融合"和"三链协同"发展下粮食产业高质量发展的有效方法,从而促进农民增收,加快解决我国发展不平衡、不充分问题的步伐。

The Central No.1 document focused on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"for 16 consecutive years,and the core issue is increasing farmers’income.In order to increase the income of farmers,the grain industry,which is the foundation of the agricultural industry,will play a vital role in promoting its high-quality development.Located in the plain area of China,Henan Province is a traditional agricultural province in China with huge grain output.However,its farmers’income is not high in the country and there is room for improvement.Taking Henan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the important relationship between the development of grain industry and the improvement of farmers’income from the current situation of grain industry and farmers’income,and explores an effective method for the high-quality development of grain industry under the development of Industry integration and"three-chain synergy".
