摘要
单宁是柿子中的一种多羟基酚类化合物,其结构决定了诸多优良特性,如吸收紫外线、清除自由基、美白作用、防腐作用和保湿作用等,对人体健康极为有利。目前常采用超声波辅助法提取单宁。本实验主要探究不同浓度的单宁对紫外线的吸收情况。从柿皮中提取浓度为0.0861mg/mL的单宁,配制成1%、2%、3%的单宁溶液,观察微生物在各种浓度溶液下照射紫外线时的存活情况,发现随着单宁浓度的增加,其防护紫外线的能力也在逐渐增加。
Tannin is a polyhydroxyphenolic compound in persimmons.Its structure determines many excellent properties,such as UV absorption,free radical scavenging,whitening,antiseptic and moisturizing effects,which are extremely beneficial to human health.This experiment mainly explores the absorption of ultraviolet light by different concentrations of tannins.The tannins were extracted from the persimmon skin at a concentration of 0.0861 mg/ml.By preparing a 1%to 3%tannin solution,the survival of the microorganisms under various concentrations of the solution was observed,and it was found as the concentration of tannin increases,its ability to protect against ultraviolet rays is also increasing.
