Problems and Countermeasures of Collaborative Innovation Mechanism of Schools and Enterprises in Newly Established Undergraduate Colleges

文章阐述新建本科院校校企协同创新机制存在的问题,从校企合作愿景、合作利益、合作机制、文化氛围四个角度分析新建本科院校校企协同创新机制问题产生的成因,最后从环境优化机制、学科一体化机制、校企合作运行机制、文化整合机制提出新建本科院校校企协同创新机制的对策建议.

This paper expounds the problems existing in the collaborative innovation mechanism of new undergraduate colleges and universities.From the perspectives of school-enterprise cooperation vision,cooperation interests,cooperation mechanism and cultural atmosphere,it analyzes the causes of the synergy innovation mechanism of new undergraduate colleges and enter-prises.The environmental optimization mechanism,the discipline integration mechanism,the school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism,and the cultural integration mechanism propose countermeasures for the new school-enterprise collabo-rative innovation mechanism.
